One caveat: Teach them, watch them, teach them again, Safety being paramount, trumping everything, even the all mighty dollar! ❤ I put my first, 30 year, Architectural shingle roof on our little 2 square shed, the summer I was 12 years old. My dad, was only an acting labor; help tear off/ remove old shingles, and help me with trash pick up/ removal, and handed me bundles, he broke down packs and took them up the ladder, because he said, “You’ve got your whole, wonderful life ahead of you, and now’s not the particular time, to put you at risk; walking up a ladder with shingles, tools, etc.” I had a few questions he help me answer, but I did install, about or almost; 6 full bundles 30 year, drip metal all around, I needed to be shown, how to snap lines, and pyramid the shingles inI, oh, before I lay a shingle, dad showed me how to put on, ice and water shield, on the first run along the eave, and nail factory pack starter striping at eaves and rake of roof, then I did need a bit of help , talking me through installing the roof vent roll. Dad said I did an honest days good work, and borderline great, so I didn’t know going in this, but he never told me I’d get paid! Last thing dad said, “Now, when you do a good job, and you are 100% complete with everything, and trash and run the magnet on wheels, you ask the customer, to do a walk around, and if there is anything he saw that was to his liking, that I’d correct it.” Finally, dad said, “An honest days work for an honest days pay!” He opened up his wallet, and I was excited, and then he handed me a buy one McDonald’s cheese burger, get one free, coupon. I just smiled and said thanks a lot dad, I love you. His eyes welled up as we were walking away, and he said, I handed you something called a bonus, before your pay, just to see how you’d react! Tears flowing down his cheek, as he opted up he file cabinet looking wallet, he pulled out 2 crisp hundred dollar bills, and he said, I love you more! He lifted me off the ground, said I stank, and he said,you get Choi’s hot shower first, while I rake mom’s flower bed a bit, and he said, use soap! Haha. Unfortunately, my dad fought many personal demons, and only a few years later, put himself to sleep in his truck, and I hurt to this day, like it was yesterday! I am now 54 years old, and he never knew this, but I never used that coupon as my, bonus, and today I have it in a frame in my den, hanging on the wall for those buy one get one free, McDonald’s cheese burgers. Only a few people in my life know why I have that McDonald’s coupon framed, handing on the wall of my den. Dear friends, love your kids, your wife/girlfriend, even your neighbor, as the Good Lord tells us in His Word, because we don’t know what tomorrow brings, or if it will be here for us. Let your kids make honest mistakes, when they help ya, and pick your son or daughter up once in a while, look em in their eyes, and tell them, just how much you love them, if you haven’t for a while. Friends, please know, I truly appreciate you, for taking the time out of your lives, to read this strangers’ personal story, and I hope y’all have yourselves a blessed day. ❤

Looking forward to experiencing this myself one day. Unfortunately life isn't letting me go there right now, but I am very focused on learning everything that I can so when the time is right, I'll be ready as I can be. My goal now is to be more ready every day.

Hey brother, no need to weed, or very little if ever when you do the litmieder method. It works better than anything I've ever tried. Instead of buying their fertilizer I simply use rabbit waste, azomite, and those fly parasites that kill fly larvae. I've never had plants grow so easily or large. And this goes for EVERYTHING Ive ever tried to grow.
